\u00a0- Disciplinary Proceedings: Any student who commits a violation shall be referred to the Disciplinary Council. The Council will formally summon the student, follow appropriate legal procedures, and determine suitable penalties.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0- Enforcement of Sanctions: Deterrent sanctions shall be applied in accordance with prevailing regulations and the Internal Rules of Procedure of the higher education institution.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0- Graduation of Penalties: Sanctions imposed by the Disciplinary Council are graduated and escalated based on the severity and nature of the offense.
