The inevitability of financial globalization and financial liberalization makes it necessary to ensure the protection of the national economy while simultaneously benefiting from their positive aspects, with the aim of achieving economic development. This is to be accomplished through the training of specialists in the field of business administration and management, enabling them to efficiently manage both physical and human capital and to make optimal use of resources by applying modern management methods. In addition, this program aims to train economic researchers capable of addressing issues related to the optimal use of resources, thereby ensuring the best performance of institutions and of the economy as a whole. The general objectives of this program can be summarized as follows:

The Bachelor’s degree program in Economics and Business Management (EGE) is open to students holding the Baccalaureate certificate who are attracted by the multidisciplinary nature of this program and who show a particular interest in economic and social issues, as well as in financial and banking matters.
Students holding qualifications obtained under the classical (pre LMD) system at the level of Baccalaureate +03, as well as students who have completed the second year of university studies at national schools of economics, may register directly in the third year of this program.
The University Centre of Maghnia offers the opportunity to enroll in its undergraduate programs (Bachelor's degree) for various categories of both Algerian and international students, in accordance with the applicable regulatory terms and conditions:
- High School Graduates (Baccalaureate Holders) Prospective students holding a Bachelor’s degree (Baccalaureate) or an equivalent international qualification may apply according to the criteria and procedures updated annually by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
- Holders of Prior University Degrees (Classic System)
Candidates seeking to advance their studies or specialize further may apply based on available pedagogical capacity and ministerial guidelines. This includes:

The structure of Bachelor's programs at the Institute of Economics and Management allows students to choose their specialization progressively, according to the following model:
First Year (Year 01)
- First Semester It serves as a common gateway between the three Bachelor's tracks at the Faculty of Economics and Management. It aims to introduce students to diverse educational content, helping them determine their orientation toward one of these tracks
- Semester Two It is designated for all students who have chosen the Economics and Management Sciences track
At the end of the first year, students are required to choose one of the two proposed tracks for the second year:
