Capacity Building and Development Support Unit (CADC)

In 2021, the University Centre of Maghnia established the Capacity Building and Development Support (CADC) Unit with the aim of fostering sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with social and economic partners.
The Capacity Building and Development Centre (CADC) comprises three main units:

In this section, we invite you to discover the various units of the CADC and learn about their diverse missions and services, which contribute to supporting training and digital development within the university community.

Mission

  • Ensuring comprehensive training for professors and developing their technical and pedagogical skills to enhance the educational process.
  • Training staff and developing their skills to achieve efficiency in their performance.
  • Providing supervision and mentoring for new students to ensure their integration into university life, according to the pedagogical and psychological foundations of the LMD system.
  • Continuously evaluating performance in accordance with the standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
 

Mission

  • Strengthening knowledge transfer, encouraging research and development, and creating training and employment opportunities for students.
  • Developing continuing education programmes specifically tailored for students.
This unit includes the following university interfaces:
  • University-Entreprise Liaison Office BLEU

    Aims to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the academic world and the professional sector.

  • Technology and Innovation Support Centre (CATI)

    Includes technological consultancy and guidance, innovation support, technology monitoring, training and skills development, and support for technological entrepreneurship.

  • Job Search Club (CRE)

    Provides job search assistance, organises workshops and training sessions, supports professional networking, and provides access to job offers while developing professional skills.

  • Entrepreneurship Support and Development Centre (CDE)

    Aims to accompany and train project idea holders to create micro-enterprises, while benefiting from funding provided by the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (NESDA).

  • Business Incubator

    Pre-incubation Programmes: Include defining ideas, identifying business opportunities, and assessing feasibility.
    Incubation Programmes: Include developing and testing Minimum Viable Products (MVP), establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and seeking funding.
    Post-incubation Programmes: Include launching projects into the market, building business networks, and monitoring and improving projects.

  • Strengthening the scientific, cultural, and athletic capacities of students, and encouraging talent and creativity.
