Quality Policy of Maghnia University Center: Vision and Strategy

Maghnia University Centre officially announces the adoption of its Quality Policy as part of its commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This initiative aims to enhance administrative and pedagogical performance through the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. This policy ensures the elevation of service quality for all stakeholders—including students, faculty, and staff—while strictly adhering to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
This announcement crowns a systematic preparatory process focused on raising awareness of quality culture and fostering a shared understanding of Quality Management System requirements across all institutional departments. To this end, a series of awareness and training activities were organized, including:
– Organizing quality awareness days on October 08 and 11, 2025.
– Organizing a training course titled "Quality according to ISO 9001:2015" on the following days: October 16, 23, 30, and November 06, 2025.
– Organizing a training course titled "Risk Management in the Service of ISO 9001" on the following days: December 11, 13, and 14, 2025.
– Scheduling a specialized training course on Establishing Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
– As part of ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of the Quality Management System following the announcement of the Quality Policy, a future action plan has been outlined, comprising several key measures, most notably:
– Completing the description and documentation of processes before January 30, 2026.
– Setting performance objectives and measurement indicators before March 28, 2026.
– Organizing internal auditor training in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011:2011 before May 17, 2026
– Conduct performance evaluation before May 30, 2026.
– Implement internal audit and management review before June 20, 2026.
– Complete continuous improvement procedures before July 07, 2026.
– Continue communication and awareness-raising regarding the quality culture until September 20, 2026.
– Prepare and submit the final report and evaluation of the quality management system before October 20, 2026.
Accordingly, the University Center of Maghnia confirms that the adopted quality policy is based on:
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
– Continuous improvement of institutional performance,
– Involving all users in the success of the quality management system,
– Adopting planning, evaluation, and risk management as a permanent work methodology.
