English Department Students on a Field Tour at Maghnia University Centre as part of the 'Tutorat' Program

In parallel with the purposeful field trips of the 'Tutoring and Mentorship Cell' , the dynamic Professor YOUCEF Ikram from the English Department organised a distinctive field visit within Maghnia University Centre. The tour included both the Listening and Psychological Support Cell and the Business Incubator, in an atmosphere that combined enthusiasm, practical benefit, and applied learning.
The students were received at the Listening and Psychological Support Cell by Dr. BENSALEH Fatima, who delivered an enriching presentation on the importance of mental health and its role in achieving personal balance and academic success. She also clarified methods for managing psychological stress and ways to foster positive thinking.
Subsequently, the second stop was at the Business Incubator, where Dr. DERFOUF Amine welcomed the students and provided a comprehensive explanation of the concept of entrepreneurship and the mechanisms for supporting innovative ideas and transforming them into successful projects, emphasizing the importance of acquiring multidisciplinary skills in building a professional career.
Both visits were a valuable experience that combined psychological and practical dimensions, contributing to broadening the students' horizons, enhancing their self-awareness, and motivating them toward creative thinking and planning for a more balanced and confident future.
