The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has adopted a new policy aimed at strengthening communication and deepening understanding between universities and the local community, whether economic or social. The goal of this policy is to build effective and fruitful partnerships that promote science and knowledge in the service of economic development at both the local and national levels
Institution-University Link Unit (BLEU)
In order to facilitate the integration of its graduates and strengthen their participation in the development process at both the local and national levels, the University Center of Maghnia — like all higher education institutions in Algeria — is committed to strengthening its ties with the socio-economic environment. To this end, it has established a liaison office (BLEU-CUM) to foster collaboration between the university and external institutions. This office is attached to the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and External Relations
