Announcement: Call for Applications for the "Chinguetti Prize 2026"
The University Centre of Maghnia hereby announces that the Chinguetti Prize Council of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania has opened the call for applications for the "Chinguetti Prize 2026." This prestigious award aims to reward original and innovative research works that contribute to deepening knowledge in the fields of Islamic studies, sciences, and literature.
Prize Categories:
The prize is awarded in three main categories:
- Islamic Studies.
- Sciences and Technologies.
- Literature and Arts.
Important Dates:
Application Submission Period: From January 15 to March 31, 2026.
Announcement of Results: No later than October 31, 2026.
