Conclusion of the national seminar activities

The national seminar titled "Updates in Monetary and Banking Law No. 23-09" concluded on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. The event was organized through the coordination between the Institute of Law and Political Science and the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Djelfa, reflecting the twinning agreement established between the University Centre of Maghnia and the University of Djelfa.

This report captures the highlights of the national seminar focused on the New Monetary and Banking Law (No. 23-09). This event was organized as a concrete implementation of the twinning agreement between the University Center of Maghnia and the University of Djelfa, aiming to strengthen academic ties and expertise in financial legislation.

On Wednesday, April 17, the national seminar activities concluded with valuable presentations by specialized professors and researchers from the University Centre of Maghnia and numerous other academic institutions. The sessions were divided into morning and afternoon blocks, featuring a hybrid format that combined both in-person and remote presentations.

 

– It is worth noting that, in terms of figures, the national seminar saw distinguished participation from professors and researchers representing 12 university institutions at the national level.

 – The national seminar concluded with a set of results and recommendations, which were presented by the Seminar Chair, Dr. Bouzidi Elyes. The closing was held in the presence of Professor Mourad Naoum, Director of the University Center of Maghnia, and Professor Kadri Riadh, Deputy Director for Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. Also in attendance were Dr. Ben Essadik, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Djelfa, and Dr. Gharbi Ali, Head of the Private Law Department at the University of Djelfa. They honored the Institute of Law and Political Science with their presence and valuable participation in the seminar's activities, alongside the institute's professors and students.

 In this regard, Professor Mourad Naoum, Director of the University Center of Maghnia, extends his deepest thanks and appreciation to all participants and attendees who contributed to and took part in the national seminar. He also expresses his gratitude to Dr. Bouzidi Elyes, the Seminar Chair, as well as the Scientific and Organizing Committees—each by name. Through them, he thanks the administrative staff, professors, and students of the Institute of Law and Political Science for their excellent organization. He congratulates everyone on the success of the national seminar, wishing them continued excellence and success in future scientific events.
