Day 1: The 1st International Conference on Economics, Business & Finance (ICEBF)

Then, an opening speech was delivered by Professor Mourad Naoum, Director of the University Centre of Maghnia, who welcomed the guests of our university institution. He thanked all those in charge of organizing this international conference, who worked tirelessly over the past days to ensure its success. He also noted the scientific value of this international event, which is evident through the high quality of the submitted scientific papers. The proceedings began with an opening session chaired by Professor Benbouziane Mohamed, featuring a presentation by Professor Arezki Rabah from Harvard University, followed by a presentation by Professor Lebdioui Amir Abdelkader from Oxford University. Both presentations were followed by a discussion session where questions were raised by participating professors, experts, and researchers. It was also an opportunity to introduce the guests to the city of Maghnia and the University Center of Maghnia. Concluding his speech, he wished all participants and attendees success and guidance, hoping that the international conference would meet everyone's expectations.

 Next, a speech was delivered by Professor Chibi Abderrahim, the Chair of the international conference, who gave an outstanding presentation in English. He outlined the conference's main themes, the research papers submitted, and the profiles of the participants. He took the opportunity to express his gratitude and appreciation to the Director of the University Centre of Maghnia, as well as to the Scientific and Organizing Committees, for their support and the efforts made to ensure the success of this international event, wishing everyone success and guidance.
