On Thursday, May 30, 2024, the University Centre of Maghnia, in coordination with the Supreme Council of Youth (Environment and Sustainable Development Committee), hosted a preparatory brainstorming session for the National Seminar on "The Impact of Climate Change on Water Security and Sustainable Agricultural Development in Algeria." The session featured interactive discussions on "The Status of Water Security and Sustainable Agricultural Development in Western Regions, specifically Maghnia." The event was held in the presence of: Professor Mourad Naoum, Director of the University Centre of Maghnia. The Head of the District (Daïra) of Maghnia. Distinguished faculty members, experts, and researchers. Students with innovative startup ideas and projects in related fields. The session concluded with a set of strategic recommendations aimed at finding appropriate solutions to the challenges affecting water security and agricultural development in the western region and across Algeria.
