Android Phone Settings Configuration (Professional Email)

Welcome to the University Email Setup page for mobile devices. Follow these simple steps to configure the "Thunderbird" app on your smartphone and easily access your professional emails.

Download the App

  • Open Google Play Store on your mobile
  • Search for "Thunderbird" in the search bar
  • Tap "Install" to download and install the app

Open Thunderbird and add a new account

  • Open the Thunderbird app after installation
  • Click on "Add an email account now" (or "Ajouter un compte de courriel maintenant" in French)

Enter the initial account settings (Incoming Server) 

  • Please enter your professional email address and then click Next
  • Please enter informations as shown in the image

Enter the second account settings (Outgoing Server) 

  • After clicking Next, please enter the settings as shown in the image
