Students who hold previous degrees from the classic system at the level of Baccalaureate + 3 years are also eligible.

The University Centre of Maghnia (UCM) offers diverse undergraduate programs open to both national and international applicants, subject to the following regulatory frameworks:

The Bachelor's programme in Arabic Language and Literature is aimed at students who have obtained their Baccalaureate in literature as their first subject and another subject as their second subject. After completing the common education base marked by the literary studies division, in which the student spends two semesters (the first and second), during which he or she is supposed to acquire the most important basic information about the Arabic language in terms of its grammar and rhetoric, as well as some other linguistic and literary knowledge. Then, according to the rules of guidance and pedagogical arrangement, the student branches out into branches that direct the student to the stage of linguistic studies, literary studies, and critical studies Therefore, students specialising in Arabic literature have already completed their basic education and are fully prepared for specialised education, which guarantees a deeper understanding of linguistic, literary and critical sciences. |
Adapting the Arabic Language and Literature programme to the new vision for university education adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will provide students with essential knowledge in their field of specialisation and enable them to acquire a range of skills that will benefit them in their future careers.
The Bachelor's programme in Arabic Language and Literature, with its basic, methodological, exploratory and horizontal subjects and vocabulary, will enable students to acquire the academic and professional knowledge that will help them to understand linguistic, literary and critical sciences and apply this knowledge specifically to the Arabic language. Students will be able to apply this knowledge and science in the future when they graduate and enter the world of work or within scientific research.
By the end of the six semesters of the programme, students will have acquired a range of skills in the following areas:
- The ability to analyse language in terms of phonetics, morphology, syntax and semantics.

First Year (Bachelor's 1)
-First Semester:
A common introductory pathway for the Humanities and Social Sciences specializations, aimed at introducing students to the basics of psychology, philosophy, and sociology, as well as anthropology. During this semester, critical thinking skills and the understanding of psychological and social phenomena are developed.
- Semester Two:
Students begin continuing courses in introductions to orthophony, educational sciences, and demography, while also learning the fundamentals of the scientific method and psychological research.
Specialization Selection:
At the end of the first year, students are required to choose one of the branches available in the second year, such as:

- Sociology
Second Year (Bachelor 2 / L2)
In this year, the student studies a set of core subjects that enhance their knowledge and understanding of various fields and domains within psychology, with the aim of helping them determine their specialized direction in the coming years.
Third Year (Bachelor 3 / L3)
In this year, students specialize in Clinical Psychology, as it is currently the only available specialization at the Maghnia University Centre. This stage involves a deeper exploration of the previously studied modules:
Continuing the study of Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on practical applications, field research, and advanced courses in the specialty. This includes preparing a graduation thesis and gaining field experience by conducting internships in institutions relevant to the specialization.
