The Regional Conference of Western Universities Convenes with the Participation of the Director of the University Centre of Maghnia

Attendance of the University Centre Director at the Western Regional Universities Conference (CRUO) Meeting

In the framework of enhancing coordination and consultation between higher education institutions, the Director of the University Centre participated in the proceedings of the Western Regional Universities Conference (CRUO) meeting. The session was held on the morning of Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Ahmed Zabana University in Relizane. The meeting was chaired by Professor Ahmed Chaalal, President of the Conference, and attended by the directors of higher education institutions from the Western region.

This meeting served as an important opportunity to review the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, resulting from the recent meeting with the heads of regional conferences, particularly regarding the evaluation of various pedagogical and organizational aspects.

During the meeting, several fundamental themes were addressed, including:

Evaluation of the Second Semester.

Pedagogy.

Entrepreneurship within the university environment.

University Cooperation and Exchange.

Assessment of Student Quality of Life.

Scientific Research

Miscellaneous Matters.

- This meeting also represents an occasion to strengthen partnership and cooperation with various universities in the West. Such collaboration contributes to the development of joint university efforts and promotes the pathways of academic training and scientific research.
