Directorate of Development and Foresight

Official Duties

The Deputy Director in charge of Development and Foresight is responsible for the following:

– Collecting the necessary elements for preparing the university centre’s development plans

– Conducting foresight studies on student population growth and proposing measures to address their needs, particularly in terms of academic and administrative support.

– Preparing informational materials on the academic programs offered by the university center and their related career opportunities.

– Updating the statistical records of the university center.

– Promoting student information activities, particularly those that can help them choose their academic orientation.

– Monitoring construction programs and ensuring the implementation of the university center’s equipment programs in coordination with the relevant departments.

He is assisted by:

– Head of the Statistics and Foresight Service

– Head of the Information and Guidance Service

– Head of the Construction and Equipment Program Monitoring Service

Duties of the Statistics and Foresight Service:
– Collecting the necessary elements for preparing the development plans of the university centre.
– Conducting foresight studies on student population growth and proposing all necessary measures to accommodate them, particularly in terms of pedagogical and administrative support.
– Updating the university centre’s statistical records.

Duties of the Information and Guidance Service:
– Preparing informational materials on the academic programs offered by the university centre and their professional prospects.
– Promoting student information activities, especially those that can help them choose their academic orientation.

Tasks of the Construction and Equipment Program Monitoring Service:
– Monitoring construction programs and ensuring the implementation of the university centre’s equipment programs in coordination with the relevant departments.
