Tutorat Session in the English Department under the Supervision of Professor ALACHAHIR Fezilat

Continuing the activities of the 'Tutoring and Mentorship Cell' the distinguished Professor ALACHHEIR Fezilat from the English Department – Institute of Letters and Languages, organised an exceptional supervision session with her students in the cell. 

The session began with a presentation of the results from electronic questionnaires completed by her students. These results allowed for a precise identification of the problems and concerns faced by new students across various areas, particularly administrative, psychological, technical, methodological, and pedagogical aspects.

Based on these findings, the Professor established a practical roadmap aimed at addressing field difficulties regarding adaptation mechanisms to the "LMD" system and developing English communication skills, alongside supporting students in dealing positively with academic challenges. 

This initiative reflects the commitment of the Supervision Cell and Professor ALACHAHIR Fezilat’s dedication to guiding students step-by-step toward university success through listening, guidance, and continuous follow-up, thereby consolidating the values of solidarity and mutual support within the academic community at Maghnia University Centre.
