Workshop: Enriching Undergraduate Training Processes within the Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Standards

In accordance with the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and with the support of the Director of the University Centre of Maghnia, activities continue toward establishing a Quality Management System in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

In this context, the Quality Cell, under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Post-Graduation, Scientific Research, and External Relations, organized a specialized workshop to study, analyze, and enrich the processes related to undergraduate training and risk tables (Risk Table and Action Plan).

Workshop Objectives:

-- Enriching processes and determining the final versions of process descriptions.

-- Identifying potential risks and threats: Analyzing possible ways to address them.

-- Enriching risk tables for each process to reach their final formats.

Participants:

The workshop included:

- Process Owners

- Deputy Directors

- Heads of Institutes

- Heads of Departments

- Deputy Directors of Post-Graduation

- Heads of relevant services

Outcomes:

We successfully finalized the process descriptions and risk tables for each process. These meetings contributed to improving and enriching these processes, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and service quality.
