Conclusion of the KPI Training Program
In continuous pursuit of institutional performance development, the specialized training course titled: 'Building Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Service of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System' concluded today, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the University Centre of Maghnia.
The course was held over two days (Monday and Tuesday, February 9–10, 2026), under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Cell and in coordination with the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research.
The course featured intensive sessions led by Professor ALLAL Amine. The program focused on the practical aspects of building dashboards and linking strategic objectives with precise measurement standards that support decision-making and uphold the principle of 'Management by Results'.
On the sidelines of this seminar, Professor KADRI Riadh, Director of the University Centre of Maghnia, and Professor MEZIANI Hanane, Head of the Quality Assurance Cell, praised the high level of interaction shown by the participants. They expressed their deep gratitude to Professor ALLAL Amine for his valuable contribution in sharing expertise and knowledge, and thanked all attendees for their serious commitment to fostering administrative and academic excellence.
