"Participation of the University Centre of Maghnia in the Minister of Higher Education's Visit to the Wilaya of Tlemcen and the Signing of a Cooperation Agreement with ANGEM"

As part of the working and inspection visit led by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Baddari, to the University of Tlemcen on May 14, 2026, Professor Riad Kadri, Director of the University Centre of Maghnia, and Dr. Derfouf Mohamed Amine, Coordinator of University Interfaces, attended the events of this occasion. This visit aligns with efforts to support innovation, university entrepreneurship, and strengthen the university's engagement with its socio-economic environment.

"The visit was highlighted by the inauguration of the 'Single Window' (Guichet Unique) dedicated to the various university institutions in the Wilaya of Tlemcen. This modern regulatory mechanism aims to simplify the process of establishing startups and micro-enterprises for university students and project holders. This designated space brings together various public administrations and bodies related to business creation under a single roof, including the Commercial Registry services, tax administration, social security, banks, as well as support and accompaniment agencies. This initiative brings administrative services closer to students and facilitates the legal and regulatory procedures required to materialize investment and innovative projects."

The occasion also witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the University Centre of Maghnia and the National Agency for Management of Microcredit (ANGEM). This partnership aims to strengthen support and accompaniment mechanisms for students, innovators, and micro-project holders, thereby contributing to the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture and enabling university youth to access various forms of financing and economic guidance
