About the Institute
The Institute of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences was established by Executive Decree No 16 – 125 Dated on 03 Rajeb 1437 corresponding to 11 April year 2016 which provides for the establishment of a University Center in Maghnia, particularly Article 1, which specifies the number of institutes comprising the University Center of Maghnia and their specializations
The institute currently consists of the Department of Economic Sciences, which offers two specializations: Monetary and Banking Economics, and Enterprise Economics and Management. The Institute of Economic Sciences provides training covering all three academic cycles: Bachelor's (License), Master's, and Doctorate (PhD)

The Institute of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University Center of Maghnia is considered one of the prestigious and leading institutes in the field of economic, commercial, and administrative studies. It plays a pivotal role in preparing and qualifying specialized personnel in various economic, financial, and administrative fields, which are considered the cornerstone for achieving sustainable economic and social development. Our institute is distinguished by an outstanding faculty that is scientifically and practically qualified, providing students with the latest curricula and theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of economics, management, finance, accounting, marketing, and other related disciplines. The institute also places great importance on scientific research and advanced studies, contributing to the development of economic knowledge and enhancing its status at both national and international levels. The Institute of Economic Sciences seeks to graduate qualified cadres capable of contributing effectively to economic and social development through its commitment to high quality in education and scientific research, and by strengthening partnerships with economic sectors and local and international institutions. Currently, our institute provides training in two branches: Economic Sciences and Management Sciences, with two specializations for each branch as follows: Monetary and Financial Economics, and Enterprise Economics and Management for the Economic Sciences branch; and Business Administration and Financial Management for the Management Sciences branch

Training at the Institute
The institute offers training in the first-year common core for the field of Economic, Management, and Commercial Sciences. In the second year, students specialize in either the Economic Sciences branch or the Management Sciences branch. Following this, in the third year, students are directed toward two specializations: for the Economic Sciences branch, a Bachelor's in Enterprise Economics and Management or Monetary and Banking Economics; and for the Management Sciences branch, a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Financial Management

Training Objectives
Through the field of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences, we aim to train high-quality specialized personnel in the areas of Enterprise Economics and Management and Monetary and Banking Economics. These individuals will be competent in managing and operating economic and financial projects and institutions. This is achieved by providing students with various modern techniques and sciences in this discipline to keep pace with developments and shifts in the environment at both local and international levels, as well as by identifying the operations performed across various institutions
